健康教育在慢性病防控工作中的应用

Application of Health Education in Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases

目的研究健康教育在慢性病防控工作中的应用价值。方法随机抽取我社区具体时段内的慢性病患者197例展开研究,按照受教育方式不同分为对照(传统教育)和观察组(健康教育)。对比分析教育前后两组患者对慢性病防控工作掌握程度、心理情绪以及满意度。结果观察组经教育后对慢性病防控工作各指标评分明显较对照组高,P<0.05。观察组SAS(45.26±3.26)分,SDS(48.15±3.11)分,满意度94.8%;观察组焦虑抑郁评分明显较对照组低,满意度明显较对照组高,P<0.05。结论在社区慢性病防控工作中实施健康教育价值较高,可以推广借鉴。

Objective To study the application value of health education in prevention and control of chronic diseases.Methods 197 patients with chronic diseases in a specific period of time in our community were randomly selected for research and divided into control group(traditional education)and observation group(health education)according to different education methods.The control degree,psychological emotion and satisfaction degree of chronic disease prevention and control work of the two groups of patients before and after education were compared and analyzed.Results After education,the observation group scored significantly higher on each index of chronic disease prevention and control than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had SAS(45.26±3.26)and SDS(48.15±3.11)scores,with satisfaction of 94.8%.The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education in community chronic disease prevention and control is of high value and can be used for reference.
