基于微信平台门诊药师开展合理用药教育的成效分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Rational Medication Education by Outpatient Pharmacists based on WeChat Platform

目的:探究门诊药师以微信平台为基础开展合理用药教育的效果。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样,选取2017年12月—2020年1月间医院门诊西药房400例就诊取药患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组200例;对照组患者实施常规合理用药教育,研究组患者实施以微信平台为基础的合理用药教育;比较两组患者实施效果的差异(如不合理用药原因发生率、用药依从率、用药知识掌握率以及患者对药学服务的满意率)。结果:实施后,研究组患者用药知识掌握率、用药依从率及患者对药学服务的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05),不合理用药原因发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:门诊药师以微信平台为基础开展合理用药教育,有效提升了患者用药健康知识的掌握率、用药依从率,减少了不合理用药原因的发生,改善了药学服务的满意率。

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of rational medication education by outpatient pharmacists based on WeChat platform. Methods: A stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 400 patients who visited the outpatient western medicine pharmacy of the hospital from December 2017 to January 2020 as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group based on the random number table method, with 200 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received the education of conventional rational medication, while patients in the study group received the education of rational medication based on WeChat platform. The difference of implementation effect between the two groups was compared(such as the incidence of unreasonable medication reasons, medication compliance rate, medication knowledge mastery rate and patients’ satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care). Results: After implementation, the mastery rate of medication knowledge, medication compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients with pharmaceutical care in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of unreasonable drug use was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the WeChat platform, outpatient pharmacists carry out education on rational medication, which effectively improves the patient’s health knowledge and medication compliance, reduces the occurrence of unreasonable drug use, and improves the satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care.
