口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后的药学监护探究

Exploration on Pharmaceutical Care for Patients with Oral Malignant Tumor after Surgery

目的:分析和探究临床药师如何开展口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后的药学监护。方法:临床药师参与口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后药物治疗全过程,指导其合理用药和药学服务。结果:口腔恶性肿瘤患者术后的药物使用主要以抗菌药物、营养药物为主,在临床药师参与下全程指导其合理用药,提高了药物治疗的有效性和安全性,促进患者术后的恢复,达到预期治疗目标。结论:临床药师通过及时、合理的药学服务,可协助医师制定更加安全、有效的治疗方案,促进了患者预后康复。

Objective: To analyze and explore how clinical pharmacists carry out postoperative pharmaceutical care for patients with oral malignant tumors. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participate in the whole process of drug treatment for the oral cancer patients after surgery, and guide rational drug use. Results: The drug use of postoperative patients with oral malignant tumor is mainly antimicrobial drugs and nutritional drugs. With the participation of clinical pharmacists, guiding rational drug use throughout the whole process, improved the effectiveness and safety of drug treatment, promoted the postoperative recovery;the expected therapeutic objectives were achieved. Conclusion: Through timely and reasonable pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacists can assist physicians in formulating safer and more effective treatment plans, which promotes the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
