摘要
机器人技术是工业4.0中关键技术之一。以六轴工业机器人为对象,使用SolidWorks、3DSMax软件完成工业机器人三维建模,在Unity3D虚拟仿真环境中集成三维仿真模型,通过使用正向和逆向运动学方法实现对虚拟工业机器人的姿态控制,为Unity3D环境下同类虚拟仿真系统的开发设计提供了经验和参考。
Robotics is one of the key technologies in Industry 4.0.The SolidWorks and 3DSMax software was used for the 3Dmodeling of six-DOF robots.The 3D simulation model is integrated in virtual environment of Unity3D software,Kinematic simulation algorithm is based on forward kinematics and inverse kinematics mathematics,which provides experience and reference for the development and design of similar virtual simulation system in Unity3D.
