醒神通络方联合温针灸对周围性面瘫患者面神经功能及IgE、MMP-9水平的影响

Influence of Xingshen Tongluo Recipe Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Facial Nerve Function,IgE and MMP-9 Levels in Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨醒神通络方联合温针灸对周围性面瘫患者面神经功能及IgE、MMP-9水平的影响.方法依据就诊序号将2014年10月—2019年10月收治的100例周围性面瘫患者分为研究组和对照组,各50例.对照组行常规针刺治疗,研究组采用醒神通络方联合温针灸治疗,2组均连续治疗6周.比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后H-B积分、表面肌电图及IgE、MMP-9水平.结果治疗后研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).与治疗前比较,治疗后2~6周2组患者H-B评分均逐渐降低,且治疗4周、6周时研究组患者H-B评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01).与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者颊肌群、鼻肌群、额肌群及口轮匝肌群RMS值均明显增大,研究组明显大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者血清IgE水平增加,MMP-9水平降低,且研究组变化更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论醒神通络方联合温针灸可更明显地降低周围性面瘫患者血清MMP-9水平,改善患者面神经功能和免疫功能,疗效好.

Objective To study the influence of Xingshen Tongluo recipe combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on facial nerve function,IgE and MMP-9 levels in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 100 patients with peripheral facial paralysis from October 2014 to October 2019 admitted in our hospital were divided into research group and control group according to the consultation number,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion,and the research group was treated with Xingshen Tongluo recipe combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,H-B score,surface electromyography,levels of IgE and MMP-9 before and after treatment was compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment of the research group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the H-B scores from 2 to 6 weeks after treatment of the two groups gradually decreased,and the H-B scores at 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the RMS of the buccal muscle group,nasal muscle group,frontal muscle group and orbicularis oris muscle group after treatment of the two groups significantly increased,and the research group was significantly larger than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum IgE increased and MMP-9 levels decreased after treatment in the two groups,and the changes in the research group were more significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Xingshen Tongluo recipe combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly reduce serum MMP-9 level in patients with peripheral facial paralysis,improve facial nerve function and immune function,and have a good effect.
