北京地区冬季84例急性咳嗽患者的中医证型及致病因素分析

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes and Pathogenic Factors in 84 Patients with Acute Cough in Winter in Beijing Area

目的对北京地区冬季84例急性咳嗽患者的中医证型及其成因进行研究.方法选取北京市鼓楼中医医院于2018年12月—2019年2月期间就诊的急性咳嗽患者84例,按照相关标准对患者的中医证型进行统计,并对中医证型的成因进行分析.结果在84例急性咳嗽患者的中医证型统计中燥邪伤肺证31例(36.9%),风盛挛急证25例(29.8%),痰热蕴肺证14例(16.7%),为前三位.兼证中燥邪伤肺证25例(29.8%),痰热蕴肺证10例(11.9%),风盛挛急证8例(9.5%),为前三位.结论北京地区冬季急性咳嗽的主要证型为燥邪伤肺证、风盛挛急证和痰热蕴肺证,结合兼证特点、北京地区环境、气候及饮食习惯等因素综合分析,其主要致病因素是风邪、燥邪和痰邪.

Objective To study the causes of TCM syndromes in 84 patients with acute cough in winter in Beijing area.Methods 84 patients with acute cough who visited Beijing Gulou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to February 2019 were selected and their TCM syndrome types were counted according to relevant standards,and the causes of TCM syndrome types were analyzed.Results In 84 patients with acute cough,31 cases(36.9%)were diagnosed as dryness pathogen injuring lung syndrome,25 cases(29.7%)as tracheal spasm with exuberant wind syndrome,and 14 cases(16.7%)as phlegm-heat accumulation to lung syndrome were the first three.In the accompanied syndromes,there were 25 cases(29.8%)of dryness pathogen injuring lung syndrome,10 cases(11.9%)of phlegm-heat accumulation to lung syndrome,and 8 cases(9.5%)of tracheal spasm with exuberant wind syndrome were the first three.Conclusion The main syndromes of acute cough in winter in Beijing area are the dryness pathogen injuring lung syndrome,the tracheal spasm with exuberant wind syndrome and the phlegm-heat accumulation to lung syndrome.The main pathogenic factors were wind pathogen,dry pathogenic factor and phlegm pathogenic factor combined with characteristics of accompanied syndrome,environment,climate and diet habit in Beijing area.
