愈劳方联合太极拳治疗心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yulao Recipe Combined with Taijiquan in the Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Deficiency of both Heart and Spleen

目的观察愈劳方联合太极拳对心脾两虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的疗效.方法选取符合纳入标准的患者共78例,以随机数字表法分为2组,每组39例.对照组采用归脾丸,治疗组采用愈劳方联合太极拳治疗,共干预8周.在治疗前期、治疗结束期、随访期,通过中医症状积分、疲劳积分(FS-14)对2组患者进行测评,并进行统计学分析.结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,对照组总有效率为74.36%,组间对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05).在治疗结束期、随访期,治疗组患者中医症状和疲劳状态的改善明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论愈劳方联合太极拳能显著改善心脾两虚型疲劳综合征患者的临床症状,且疗效稳定、持久.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yulao recipe combined with Taijiquan on chronic fatigue syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods A total of 78 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,eith 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guipi pill,and the treatment group with Yulao recipe and Taijiquan for 8 weeks.In the pre-treatment,end of treatment and follow-up period,the two groups of patients were assessed by TCM symptom score and fatigue score(FS-14)and were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate was 92.31%in the treatment group and 74.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of treatment and follow-up period,the improvement of TCM symptoms and fatigue state in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Yulao recipe combined with Taijiquan can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with fatigue syndrome of deficiency of heart and spleen,and the curative effect is stable and more lasting.
