加味桃红四物汤对重症脓毒症患者凝血功能及血清BNP、TnT水平的影响

Effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction on Coagulation Function and Serum Levels of BNP and TnT in Patients with Severe Sepsis

目的探究加味桃红四物汤对重症脓毒症患者凝血功能及血清BNP和TnT水平的影响.方法选取收治的重症脓毒症患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,各40例.A组采取常规治疗方案,B组在A组的基础上联合使用加味桃红四物汤,2组治疗周期均为7 d.比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分及APACHEⅡ评分,凝血功能及BNP、TnT水平的变化.结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组中医证候积分、APACHEⅡ评分、PT、APTT、TT、BNP及TnT均降低,且B组低于A组(均P<0.05).结论加味桃红四物汤可有效缓解重症脓毒症患者的临床症状,改善凝血功能,降低心肌细胞的损伤.

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Taohong Siwu decoction on coagulation function and serum BNP and TnT levels in patients with severe sepsis.Methods 80 patients with severe sepsis admitted to our hospital were divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each,according to the random number table method.Group A received conventional treatment,and group B received modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of group A.The treatment period of both groups was 7 days.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and APACHEⅡscore,blood coagulation function and the level of BNP,TnT was compared.Results Compared with before treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,APACHEⅡscore,PT,APTT,TT,the BNP and TnT of the two groups reduced,and group B is lower than group A(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of severe sepsis patients,improve the coagulation function and reduce the damage of myocardial cells.
