祛疡清热汤治疗湿热蕴结型溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Observation on the Effect of Quyang Qingre Decoction in the Treatment of Dampness-heat Accumulation Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨祛疡清热汤治疗温热蕴结型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年1月收治的68例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为2组,即对照组(西医常规治疗,34例)与观察组(西医常规治疗+祛疡清热汤治疗,34例),比较2组临床疗效与肠黏膜病变积分.结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.100,P=0.024);治疗前,2组肠黏膜病变积分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.229,P=0.819);治疗后2组肠黏膜病变积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.482,P=0.000).结论祛疡清热汤治疗湿热蕴结型溃疡性结肠炎的效果显著,可提高临床疗效,改善肠黏膜病变积分,具有一定临床应用价值.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Quyang Qingre decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat accumulation ulcerative colitis.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups because of the different treatment plan,namely,control group(routine treatment of western medicine,34 cases)and observation group(routine treatment of western medicine and Quyang Qingre decoction,34 cases).Comparison of clinical efficacy and integral of intestinal mucosal lesions between the two groups was carried out.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 79.41%in the control group(χ~2=5.100,P=0.024).Before treatment,the scores of intestinal mucosal diseases in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.229,P=0.819).After treatment,the scores of intestinal mucosal diseases in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group(t=7.482,P=0.000).Conclusion The effect of Quyang Qingre decoction in treating Dampness-heat accumulation-type ulcerative colitis is remarkable.It can improve the clinical effect,improve the integral of intestinal mucosal lesions,and has certain clinical application value.
