蒌薤逐瘀汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Effect of Louxie Zhuyu Decoction on Angina Pectoris Attack and TC,LDL in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察蒌薤逐瘀汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛对患者心绞痛发作及TC、LDL的影响.方法纳入2018年5月—2019年9月收治的60例冠心病稳定型心绞痛,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例.2组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予单硝酸异山梨脂片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予蒌薤逐瘀汤治疗,2组均治疗4周.统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后血清学指标的差异,比较2组治疗前后心绞痛发作次数及持续时间的差异.结果观察组临床总有效率90.00%(27/30)显著高于对照组63.33%(19/30)(P<0.05).2组血清LDL、TC、TG较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(除TG)(P<0.05),2组血清HDL较治疗前升高,观察组高于对照组(P>0.05),2组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均较治疗前降低或缩短,观察组低于或短于对照组(P<0.05).结论蒌薤逐瘀汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛可明显提高患者临床疗效,改善血脂水平,减少心绞痛发作次数,缩短心绞痛发作持续时间,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Louxie Zhuyu decoction on angina pectoris attack and TC,LDL in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each.Both groups were given routine treatment,the control group was given isosorbide mononitrate tablets,the observation group was given Louxie Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy of 2 groups after treatment was carried out..The differences of serological indexes between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the differences of angina attack frequency and duration between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 63.33%(19/30)(P<0.05).Serum LDL,TC,and TG in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(excepting TG)(P<0.05).The serum HDL of the two groups was higher than before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P>0.05).The times and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were lower or shorter than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of stable angina pectoris with Louxie Zhuyu decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve blood lipid levels,reduce the number of angina pectoris attack,shorten the duration of angina pectoris attack,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
