调神复明针刺法结合眼针在脑梗死后复视患者康复中的应用

Research on the Clinical Significance of Tiaoshen Fuming Acupuncture Combined with Eye Acupuncture in Rehabilitation of Diplopia Patients after Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨调神复明针刺法结合眼针在脑梗死后复视患者康复中应用的临床意义.方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月收治的80例脑梗死后复视患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,2组患者均采取改善循环、抗血小板聚集、营养神经等基础治疗,对照组40例采取常规主动运动康复指导,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用调神复明针刺法结合眼针治疗,比较2组患者的临床总有效率.结果试验组临床总有效率为80.0%,对照组临床总有效率为67.5%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论调神复明针刺法结合眼针可以有效改善脑梗死后复视情况,提高临床总有效率,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of Tiaoshen Fuming acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture in the rehabilitation of patients with diplopia after cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in People’s Hospital of Liaozhong District,80 cases of cerebral infarction patients with diplopia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two groups of patients took treatment as improving circulation,antiplatelet aggregation and nerve nutrition foundation treatment.The control group of 40 cases received regular exercise rehabilitation guidance,on this basis,the experimental group of 40 cases in the control group used Tiaoshen Fuming acupuncture combined with eye acupuncture.The clinical effective rate was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 80.0%,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 67.5%,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Eye acupuncture combined with Tiaoshen Fuming acupuncture can effectively improve the diplopia after cerebral infarction,can effectively improve the clinical efficiency,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
