芒针沿皮透刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Elongated Needle Percutaneous Penetration Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察芒针沿皮透刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照就诊顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组给予芒针沿皮透刺治疗,对照组给予常规毫针针刺治疗,分别于治疗5次及疗程结束后观察各组疗效.结果治疗前2组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗5 d后2组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗3个疗程后治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%.结论芒针沿皮透刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症在同等治疗次数下疼痛缓解程度、远期疗效方面均优于常规毫针针刺治疗.

Objective To observe the curative effect of elongated needle percutaneous penetration acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods According to the order of treatment,80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was elongated needle percutaneous penetration acupuncture,while the control group received conventional filiform needle.The curative effects of each group were observed after 5 times of treatment and after the course of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After three courses of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 85.0%,and that of control group was 75.0%.Conclusion The pain relief degree and long-term effect of the treatment group are better than that of the control group.
