美康乐压流茶对高血压患者血压及TC、TG的影响

Effect of Meikangle Yaliu Tea on Blood Pressure and TC and TG in Patients with Hypertension

目的探究美康乐压流茶对高血压患者血压及TC、TG的影响.方法选取2018年3月—2019年9月收治的高血压患者112例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)和观察组(56例).对照组给予盐酸贝那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予美康乐压流茶治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月.统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后1、2、3个月血压水平的差异;比较2组患者治疗前后血脂及肝功能水平的差异.结果观察组临床总有效率98.21%显著高于对照组85.71%(P<0.05).治疗后1、2、3个月2组患者舒张压、收缩压均较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1、2、3个月同组内患者舒张压、收缩压比较差异不显著(P>0.05),但观察组仍低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组血清TC、TG水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),2组血清AST、ALT水平治疗前后变化不显著(P>0.05).结论与单独使用贝那普利相比,美康乐压流茶联合贝那普利治疗高血压可更加显著地降低患者血压水平,维持血压稳定,调节血脂水平,效果显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of Meikangle Yaliu tea on blood pressure and TC and TG in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 112 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(n=56)and an observation group(n=56)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Meikangle Yaliu tea on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was counted,the blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared before treatment and 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,and the differences of blood lipid and liver function levels between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 98.21%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.71%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure of the patients in the same group was 1,2,and 3 months after treatment.There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure(P>0.05),but the observation group was still lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TC and TG levels in the observation group were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in serum AST and ALT levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion compared to benazepril hydrochloride tablets alone,Meikangle Yaliu tea combined with benazeprilcan can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients,maintain blood pressure stability,regulate blood lipid levels,with significant effects and high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
