摘要
研究目的:为突破城市轨道交通现浇整体道床结构的技术瓶颈,本文参考高速铁路板式无砟轨道的设计理念,提出适用于城市轨道交通的板式无砟轨道设计方案,并从结构组成、力学分析、专业接口等方面进行系统分析。研究结论:(1)本文设计的板式无砟轨道实现了传力清晰、结构可靠、适用性强的设计目标;(2)轨道板合理宽、厚分别取2.3 m、0.2 m,直线及曲线半径≥1200 m时采用4700 mm轨道板,曲线半径≤550 m时采用3500 mm轨道板,自密实混凝土合理厚度取90 mm;(3)计算表明,轨道结构设计合理,力学性能良好;(4)设计的板式无砟轨道能够满足相关专业的接口要求;(5)本研究成果可为城市轨道交通轨道结构标准化、规范化建设提供有力技术支撑。
Research purposes:In order to break through the bottleneck of the cast-in-situ sleeper-buried ballastless track of urban rail transit,referring to the design concept of high-speed railway slab track,the structural composition,mechanical analysis and the relevant interface requirements are systematically studied,and the design scheme of slab track that suitable for urban rail transit is proposed.Research conclusions:(1)The designed slab track has the advantages of clear inter story transmission,reliable structure and strong applicability.(2)The reasonable width and thickness of the track slab are 2.3 m and 0.2 m,respectively.On straight line or a curve with a radius greater than 1200 m,4700 mm track slab is used.When the radius of curve is less than 550 m,3500 mm track slab is used.The reasonable thickness of self-compacting concrete is 90 mm.(3)The calculation shows that the structure has good mechanical properties.(4)The designed slab track system can meet the relevant interface requirements.(5)The research result can provide a reference for the standardization construction of urban rail transit.
