摘要
目的探讨柴胡消溃汤对消化性溃疡患者胃泌素水平的改善效果。方法回顾性分析2018年3月—2019年3月接受治疗的100例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案的不同,将以上入选者分为对照组(常规西药治疗,50例)和观察组(柴胡消溃汤治疗,50例)。比较2组患者胃泌素水平变化情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗2个月后,2组胃泌素水平均有降低,且观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化性溃疡患者采用柴胡消溃汤治疗,可有效降低患者胃泌素水平,治疗效果较好。
Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu Xiaokui decoction on the improvement of gastrin level in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plan,the above selected patients were divided into control group(routine western medicine treatment,50 cases)and observation group(Chaihu Xiaokui decoction treatment,50 cases).The changes of gastrin level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the levels of gastrin decreased in both groups,the levels of gastrin of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Xiaokui decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer patients can effectively reduce the level of gastrin,and has significantly therapeutic effect.
