益母养阴汤治疗分娩后恶露不尽临床观察

The Clinical Effect of Yimu Yangyin Decoction in the Treatment of Post Partum Prolonged Lochiorrhea and Its Application Value

目的探讨分析益母养阴汤治疗分娩后恶露不尽的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的分娩后恶露不尽患者166例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组83例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益母养阴汤治疗,比较治疗前后子宫三径变化,比较治疗前后中医症状评分及治疗有效率。结果治疗后观察组子宫三径各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各项中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗总有效率92.77%高于对照组84.34%。结论益母养阴汤治疗分娩后恶露不尽患者能够提高临床治疗效果,有效改善临床症状,促进子宫修复,具有应用推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of Yimu Yangyin decoction in the treatment of lochia after childbirth.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,166 cases of patients were selected as objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 83 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given Yimu Yangyin decoction.The diameter changes of uterus before and after the treatment,TCM symptom scores before and after the treatment and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.77%higher than that in the control group(84.34%).Conclusion Yimu Yangyin decoction can improve the clinical effect,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote uterine repair,and has the value of application and promotion.
