中医辨证治疗泌尿系结石临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Urinary Calculi Based on Syndrome Differentiation

目的探究基于中医理论对泌尿系结石患者辨证施治的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月治疗的泌尿系结石患者120例,随机分为观察组及对照组各60例。观察组选择中医理论辨证施治治疗,对照组选择常规西药治疗。对比2组临床疗效。结果对照组中无效12例(20.00%),有效8例(13.33%),显效40例(66.67%),疾病治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组中无效2例(3.33%),有效6例(10.00%),显效52例(86.67%),疾病治疗总有效率为96.67%,因此相较于对照组,观察组的临床疾病治疗总有效率更加优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,2组治疗后的PSQI评分显著降低,且相较于对照组,观察组更低;2组治疗后的WHOQOL-BREF总分显著上升,且相较于对照组,观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对泌尿系结石患者,采用中医理论辨证施治治疗,可显著改善患者的生活质量,取得显著治疗效果,加快康复速度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urinary calculi based on syndrome differentiation.Methods 120 patients with urinary calculi were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,and the control group was treated with routine western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the control group,12 cases(20.00%)were ineffective,8 cases(13.33%)were effective,40 cases(66.67%)were markedly effective,and the total effective rate of disease treatment was 80.00%(48 cases).In the observation group,2 cases(3.33%)were ineffective,6 cases(10.00%)were effective,52 cases(86.67%)were effective,and the total effective rate of clinical disease was 96.67%(58 cases).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of urinary calculus can improve the quality of life of the patients,achieve remarkable therapeutic effect,accelerate the speed of rehabilitation,and has application value.
