八珍汤治疗肺减容术后临床观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Bazhen Decoction on Patients after Lung Volume Reduction Surgery

目的观察八珍汤治疗肺减容术后患者的临床疗效。方法选择肺减容术后患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用八珍汤。记录2组患者治疗后胸腔闭式引流管拔管时间及出院时间。结果疗程结束后,观察组、对照组患者的术后带胸腔闭式引流管时间分别为(6.2±1.3)d、(9.7±2.6)d,2组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者术后出院时间分别为(11.6±3.4)d、(14.9±4.5)d,2组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论八珍汤对因大疱性肺气肿行肺减容术后患者治疗有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bazhen decoction on patients after lung volume reduction surgery.Methods 60 patients after lung volume reduction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Bazhen decoction on the basis of the control group.The extubation time and discharge time of closed thoracic drainage tube after treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the extubation time of closed thoracic drainage tube in the observation group and the control group were(6.2±1.3)days VS(9.7±2.6)days,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The discharge time of the patients in the observation group and the control group were(11.6±3.4)days VS(14.9±4.5)days,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Bazhen decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with bullous emphysema after lung volume reduction surgery,which is worth popularizing.
