清热通痹汤联合中药熏洗治疗对急性痛风性关节炎患者膝关节功能及CRP、SUA水平的影响

Effect of Qingre Tongbi Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing on Knee Function,CRP and SUA Level in Patients with Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的探究清热通痹汤联合中药熏洗治疗对急性痛风性关节炎(AGA)患者膝关节功能及CRP、SUA水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月收治的60例AGA患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,观察组给予清热通痹汤联合中药熏洗,对照组给予秋水仙碱片常规治疗,2组疗程均为2周。统计治疗后2组临床疗效;记录治疗前后2组膝关节功能水平;检测治疗前后2组CRP、SUA水平。结果观察组临床总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组Lysholm各评分及总评分均明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组SUA、CRP水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热通痹汤联合中药熏洗明显改善AGA患者膝关节疼痛肿胀症状,改善膝关节功能,显著调节SUA、CRP水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Tongbi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on knee function,CRP and SUA level in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,60 AGA patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was given Qingre Tongbi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The control group was given colchicine tablets for routine treatment.The course of treatment in the 2 groups was 2 weeks.Clinical effect of 2 groups after statistical treatment was analyzed.The function level of knee joint in 2 groups before and after treatment was recorded.Detection of CRP and SUA levels in 2 groups before and after treatment was carried out.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm scores and total scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-treatment group,the average water of SUA and CRP decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Tongbi decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing obviously improved the symptoms of knee pain and swelling in AGA patients,improved the function of knee joint,significantly adjusted the level of SUA and CRP,and improved the renal function and the clinical effect.
