清金扶正化痰汤联合盐酸埃克替尼治疗晚期肺癌临床观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Qingjin Fuzheng Huatan Decoction Combined with Icotinib Hydrochloride Tablets on Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的综合性评价清金扶正化痰汤联合盐酸埃克替尼治疗肺癌晚期患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2019年11月住院并接受治疗的肺癌晚期患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例应用盐酸埃克替尼治疗方案,试验组30例在对照组基础上联合清金扶正化痰汤治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后PIPER-疲乏量表评分、临床效果及中医证候积分变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候积分、PIPER评分、稳定率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌晚期患者应用盐酸埃克替尼联合清金扶正化痰汤治疗可显著改善生活能力水平,改善患者因癌致疼痛及疲乏症状程度,益气养阴、清金化痰、扶正祛邪,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingjin Fuzheng Huatan decoction combined with Icotinib hydrochloride tablets on patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,60 patients with advanced lung cancer who were hospitalized and treated in the oncology ward of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 cases in the control group were treated with Icotinib hydrochloride tablets and 30 cases in the experimental group were treated with Qingjin Fuzheng Huatan decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of Piper Fatigue Scale score,clinical effect and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After clinical treatment,TCM symptom score,the scores of Piper and effective rate(66.7%)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Qingjin Fuzheng Huatan decoction combined with Icotinib hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
