中医正骨配合手术治疗踝关节骨折临床观察

Observation on the Effect of Bone Orthopedics Combined with Operation in Treatment of Ankle Fracture

目的探讨中医正骨配合手术治疗踝关节骨折的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将2015年1月—2017年2月收治的64例踝关节骨折患者分为对照组31例,观察组33例。对照组予以手术治疗,观察组予以手术联合中医正骨治疗。对比分析2组疗效、踝关节功能恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组疗效比对照组优,Mazur评分比对照组高,且感染、骨折不愈合、畸形愈合等并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对踝关节骨折患者实行中医正骨配合手术治疗效果更加显著,能够有效促进患者踝关节功能恢复,且并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone orthopedics combined with operation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods 64 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were divided into control group of 31 cases and observation group of 33 cases.The control group was treated by operation,and the observation group was treated by operation combined with TCM bone orthopedics.The curative effect,ankle function recovery and complication rate were compared and analyzed.Results The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the Mazur score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the complications of infection,fracture nonunion and malunion of the observation group were less than that of the control group control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine bone orthopedics combined with operation for patients with ankle fracture has more remarkable effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of ankle function and has less complications,which is worth popularizing.
