清浊安中汤联合四联疗法对消化性溃疡患者Hp根除率及胃黏膜屏障功能的影响

Effect of Qingzhuo Anzhong Decoction Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Hp Eradication Rate and Gastric Mucosal Barrier Function in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的探讨清浊安中汤联合四联疗法对消化性溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及胃黏膜屏障功能的改善效果。方法回顾性分析2018年3月—2019年5月接受治疗的84例消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,依据治疗方案不同分组,即对照组(四联疗法,42例)和观察组(四联疗法+清浊安中汤,42例),观察分析2组的溃疡愈合、症状缓解、Hp根除率、复发率及胃黏膜屏障功能[胃液表皮生长因子(EGF)和胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)]情况。结果观察组的溃疡愈合、症状缓解及Hp根除率均较对照组高,且复发率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的EGF、EGFR均较治疗前高,且观察组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清浊安中汤联合四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡,可有效提高Hp根除率,促进胃黏膜屏障功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy on the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)and gastric mucosal barrier function in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods The clinical data of 84 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plan,they were divided into control group(quadruple therapy,42 cases)and observation group(quadruple therapy,Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction,42 cases).The ulcer healing,symptom relief,Hp eradication rate,recurrence rate and gastric mucosal barrier function[gastric juice epidermal growth factor(EGF)]and gastric mucus,membrane epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)|situation were observed and analyzed.Results The ulcer healing,symptom relief and Hp eradication rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the EGF,EGFR of the two groups were higher than before treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingzhuo Anzhong decoction combined with quadruple therapy can effectively improve Hp eradication rate and promote the recovery of gastric mucosal barrier function.
