补肾衍精汤联合穴位艾灸治疗弱精症的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Bushen Yanjing Decoction(补肾衍精汤)combined with Acupoint Moxibustion on Patients with Asthenospermia

目的:观察补肾衍精汤联合穴位艾灸治疗弱精症的临床疗效。方法:选择84例肾虚型弱精症患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组患者给予补肾衍精汤治疗,对照组患者给予五子衍宗丸治疗,两组均联合穴位艾灸治疗,12周后观察其临床疗效,比较中医证候评分、精液常规变化。结果:治疗后6、12周治疗组患者精子活力、精子活动率和中医证候评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾衍精汤联合穴位艾灸可改善弱精症患者临床症状,改善精液质量。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Bushen Yanjing Decoction(补肾衍精汤) combined with moxibustion on patients with asthenospermia. Methods: Eighty-four patients with asthenospermia of the kidney deficiency type were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a treatment group and a control group, each with 42 patients. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Yanjing Decoction, and the control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸). The two groups were combined with moxibustion.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed after 12 weeks of treatment, and the changes in TCM symptom scores, semen routine and clinical treatment effects were compared after treatment. Results: The sperm motility, sperm activity rate and TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Yanjing Decoction combined with moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms and semen quality of patients with asthenospermia.
