基于网络药理学研究升陷汤治疗心力衰竭的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:运用网络药理学探索升陷汤治疗心力衰竭的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库筛选升陷汤潜在活性成分和作用靶点,TTD、GeneCards、OMIM、DiGSeE数据库收集心衰疾病靶点,Cytoscape_v3.7.1构建网络图,STRING数据库进行蛋白互作分析,Clue GO进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析。结果:升陷汤共筛选出75个潜在活性成分和107个潜在靶点;通过cyto Hubba中MCC算法筛选出排位前20个核心靶点,GO分析包含149条显著性条目,生物过程142条,分子功能5条,细胞定位2条。KEGG通路富集筛选出42条通路。结论:升陷汤对心力衰竭的治疗是多途径、多靶点起效,预测了本方可能的作用机制,为后续药理学研究和临床应用提供指导。 Objective: Using network pharmacology to explore the mechanism of action of Shengxian Decoction(升陷汤) in the treatment of heart failure. Methods: The potential active ingredients and targets of Shengxian Decoction were screened by TCMSP database. TTD, Gene Cards, OMIM and DiGSeE databases were used to collect heart failure disease targets. Cytoscape_v3.7.1 was used to construct network maps. STRING database was used to analyze protein interaction. Clue GO was used to analyze GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment.Results: The results showed that Shengxian Decoction screened 75 potential active ingredients and 107 potential targets, and the top 20 core targets were screened by MCC algorithm in cyto Hubba. GO analysis included 149 go term, 142 biological processes, 5 molecular functions and 2 cellular components. KEGG pathway enrichment screened 42 pathways. Conclusion: It suggests that the treatment of heart failure by Shengxian decoction is multi-pathway and multi-target. It predicts the possible mechanism of action and provides guidance for subsequent pharmacological research and clinical application.
