健脾法治疗肿瘤恶病质的研究进展

Research Progress of Spleen Strengthening Method in the Treatment of Tumor Cachexia

从恶病质的中西医病因病机出发,对健脾法治则下中医治疗肿瘤恶病质的临床和实验研究进行总结。临床上其病机要点主要涉及脾肾、脾胃、气血的失调及痰湿瘀毒等病理产物堆积,阳气不足等机制,其治疗主要以调养脾胃为主,配合以祛邪类药物;实验主要研究抑制肌肉消耗的机制,通过检测模型的相关炎症因子以及蛋白表达等指标,从而对肌肉消耗进行判断。为进一步阐释研究中医药治疗肿瘤恶病质的机制提供思路和借鉴。

Based on the pathogenesis of cachexia in Chinese and Western Medicine, this paper summarizes the clinical and experimental studies on the treatment of tumor cachexia by TCM under the rule of invigorating the spleen. Clinically, the pathogenesis of cachexia mainly involves the disorders of spleen and kidney, spleen and stomach, Qi and blood, accumulation of phlegm, dampness, stasis and other pathological products, Yang deficiency and other mechanisms, the treatment of which is mainly to regulate the spleen and stomach, combined with eliminating pathogen drugs. Experimental research is mainly to study the mechanism of inhibiting muscle consumption, through the detection of related inflammatory factors and protein expression and other indicators of the model, so as to judge muscle consumption, then to provide ideas and reference for further study on mechanism of TCM treatment of tumor cachexia.
