以慢性肾衰竭为首发表现的华氏巨球蛋白血症1例并文献复习

Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia with Chronic Renal Failure as the Initial Manifestation: A Report of One Case and Literature Review

报告1例以慢性肾衰竭为首发表现的华氏巨球蛋白血症的诊疗经过。证属本虚标实,病机核心为肝肾阴虚,瘀血、热毒、痰浊贯穿始末,在西医常规治疗基础上,自拟补肾活血解毒方,强调补益肝肾以固本,活血清热、化痰泄浊以治标,消补兼施,疗效显著。

A case of Waldenstrom Macroglobulinemia with chronic renal failure as the first manifestation was reported. With deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity, the core of pathogenesis is Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, blood stasis, heat toxin and phlegm turbid throughout the whole process. On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine, we made Bushen Huoxue Jiedu decoction(补肾活血解毒方), which emphasized the tonifying of the liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and clearing away heat, eliminating phlegm and turbidity to treat the symptoms, eliminating and supplementing simultaneously. The effect was significant.
