摘要
以《澳大利亚校长专业标准》为基础,《校长领导力纲要》通过校长领导力实践、领导力要求和领导力重点等三个透镜,把校长专业标准的原则要求转化为可操作、可参照和可评价的80条陈述,呈现了校长改进学生学习和支持优秀教学实践的领导行为,揭示了校长领导力提升的路径。《校长领导力纲要》可以为现任校长、有志于担任校长的人、教育行政部门、学校领导团队的各种正式和非正式专业学习和领导力发展提供支持。《校长领导力纲要》开发的经验也可以为我国推进《义务教育学校校长专业标准》的应用、有效帮助校长进行领导能力建设提供借鉴。
On the basis of the Australia Professional Standard for Principals,the Leadership Profiles through three lenses:Professional Practices,Leadership Requirements and Leadership Emphasis,made the general requirements of the Australia Professional Standard for Principals into 80 operable,referable and evaluable statements,presented Principals'leadership behavior for improving students learning and supporting excellent teaching practice,demonstrated the path of principals'leadership development.The Leadership Profiles can support current principals,aspiring principals,system leaders and school leadership teams for formal and informal professional learning and leadership development.The development experience of the Leadership Profiles can provide reference for us to promote the application of the Professional Standards for Principals of Compulsory Education Schools and effectively assist principals in capacity building.
