基于多能互补机理的新能源消纳模式研究

摘要 由于风、光电出力具有波动性、间歇性等缺点,直接并网会对电网的安全稳定运行造成冲击。采用各种可行方式平抑风、光电出力的不确定性,实现其并网消纳显得尤为必要,其中基于多能互补机理的新能源消纳模式是一种主流方式。因此,系统梳理我国实现风、光电清洁能源消纳的实践探索,总结当前实际运行的风光储互补、风光火电互补、风光水电互补以及主网深度调节4种消纳模式。在分析阐述4种模式工作原理、运行特点的基础上,探讨面向清洁能源消纳的能源发展方向。 Due to the shortcomings of wind and photovoltaic output,such as volatility and intermittency,direct grid connection will impact the safe and stable operation of the power grid.It is necessary to use various feasible methods to stabilize the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic output,and it is particularly necessary to realize the grid connected consumption.Among them,the new energy consumption mode based on multi-energy complementary mechanism is a mainstream way.In this regard,the practice and exploration of wind and photovoltaic clean energy consumption in China was systematically combed,and the four current consumption modes in actual operation was summarized:wind-solar storage complementary,wind-solar thermal power complementary,wind-solar hydropower complementary,and main grid depth adjustment.Based on the analysis and explanation of the working principles and operating characteristics of the four modes,the development direction of energy for clean energy consumption was discussed.
