摘要
为迅速查找断路器异常跳闸的故障原因,特别是快速准确判别断路器是否发生偷跳,针对一起500 kV断路器异常跳闸案例,通过现场设备情况、故障录波和监控后台SOE报文,对故障过程进行深入分析和思考。研究提出一种基于SOE毫秒级因果关系的断路器异常跳闸故障定位方法,经过理论分析和试验验证,实现了断路器异常跳闸的快速故障定位,实现快速有效辨别断路器偷跳和电气跳闸,避免了预防性试验、定期检验常规试验项目逐项检查方法存在的耗时长、效率低等缺点,能大大缩小故障查找范围,显著提高断路器异常跳闸故障原因查找的效率,缩短故障停电时间。
In order to quickly find out the fault cause of the abnormal trip of circuit breaker,especially for quickly and accurately judging whether the circuit breaker has stolen,this paper analyzes and considers the fault process deeply through the field equipment situation,fault recording and monitoring background SOE message of a 500kV circuit breaker abnormal trip case.Based on the above exploration and analysis,this paper proposes a circuit breaker abnormal trip fault location method based on SOE millisecond causality.After a series of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,this paper finally realizes the rapid fault location of circuit breaker abnormal tripping,and realizes the rapid and effective identification of circuit breaker tripping and electrical tripping.There is no doubt that this method can avoid the shortcomings of preventive test and regular inspection of routine test items,such as long time-consuming and low efficiency.It can reduce the scope of fault search to the greatest extent,significantly improve the efficiency of fault cause finding of circuit breaker abnormal trip,and then shorten the time of fault outage.
