听觉信息整合障碍与阿尔茨海默病

摘要 由于目前仍缺乏针对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)有效的疾病修饰治疗,因此AD的早期识别和早期干预仍是疾病防治的重点。听觉信息整合是听觉神经系统对双耳接收的听觉信息进行精确编码、计算相关性和时间整合,最终在知觉上形成统一的客体/时间(即同一事件/时间)的过程。听觉信息整合的皮质下和皮质听觉加工关键通路存在早期AD病理和相关功能的改变,成为AD听觉信息整合的易损环节。AD病程早期受损的听觉信息整合对AD的早期诊断具有一定潜力。本文主要针对听觉信息整合的神经解剖、生理机制及其在早期AD的受损通路进行综述。 Due to the lack of effective disease-modifying therapy for Alzheimer's disease(AD),early identification and early intervention of AD remain the focus of attention.Auditory information integration is the process of the auditory neural system to precisely encode,compute the correlation and temporally integrate the information received from both ears,to finally percept them as a unified object/time.The important subcortical and cortical auditory processing pathways involved in the auditory information integration present pathological and related function changes in early AD.These pathways are vulnerable in the process of auditory information integration in AD.The disorder of auditory information integration in the early stage of AD has the potential for the early diagnosis of AD.Here we reviewed the literature concerning the neuroanatomy,physiological mechanism and impaired pathways of auditory information integration in early AD.
