摘要
脑白质高信号是脑白质病变的磁共振影像学表现,在老年人群中常见。脑白质高信号与正常人群、轻度认知功能障碍患者和阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能下降均有相关性。本文从脑白质高信号总体积与认知功能的关系、不同部位脑白质高信号与认知功能的关系、脑白质高信号与不同认知域的关系、脑白质高信号与认知功能下降相关性的可能机制、识别脑白质高信号的临床意义方面进行综述,以期为临床识别脑白质高信号相关的认知功能下降提供一定参考。
White matter hyperintensities is an imaging manifestation of cerebral small vessel disease and it is common in elderly people.White matter hyperintensities is related to cognitive function decline in normal people,mild cognitive dysfunction patients and Alzheimer's disease patients.In this paper,we will discuss the association between the white matter hyperintensities volume and cognitive function,the association between cognitive function and white matter hyperintensities of different regions,the association between white matter hyperintensities and different cognition domains,the possible mechanism of the association between white matter hyperintensities and cognitive function decline,and the clinical significance of the identification of white matter hyperintensities.It may help diagnose the cognitive function decline which is associated with white matter hyperintensities.
