我国图书馆智慧服务研究述评

Review of the Research on Library’s Intelligent Service in China

为从整体上把握我国图书馆智慧服务的研究进展,对中国知网中关于我国图书馆智慧服务的研究文献进行了梳理,从基本理论、服务模式与内容创新、智慧服务相关技术、智慧馆员以及智慧服务实践5个方面系统分析了国内图书馆智慧服务的热点研究主题,在此基础上提出了图书馆智慧服务研究中存在的问题和建议,揭示了未来图书馆智慧服务研究的方向。

In order to master the research progress in the field of library’s intelligent service in China,this paper sorts out the domestic research literature of library’s intelligent service in CNKI,and systematically analyzes the hot research topics of intelligent service in domestic libraries from five aspects of basic theory,service mode and content innovation,re⁃lated technology of intelligent service,and intelligent librarian and intelligent service practice,and on the basis of the above analysis,puts forward the exsisting problems and suggestions in the research of library’s intelligent service,and re⁃veals the research direction of library’s intelligent service in the future.
