摘要
石墨加工中心主要用于加工石墨电极以及石墨模具,由于石墨本身的特性,其加工时受力状况以及加工参数与传统的金属切削机床有较大区别。分析了石墨加工中心的结构特点并结合ANSYS软件对其关键部件—立柱进行静力学分析,优化了立柱筋板布局,为立柱的设计提供参考。
Graphite Machining CNC is mainly used for machining graphite electrodes and graphite moulds.Due to the characteristics of graphite itself,the graphite stress state in the processing and processing parameters of graphite machining CNC are significantly different from those of conventional metal cutting lathes.In this paper,the structural characteristics of graphite machining CNC was analyzed,and coupled with ANSYS software,the static characteristics of the critical component,i.e.columns,was conducted,with layout of the stiffened plates of columns optimized,providing references for the design of columns.
