降低无机氨法脱硫脱硝装置压降的探索

摘要 本文讨论了某厂催化裂化再生烟气无机氨法脱硫脱硝装置在工业应用过程中出现的压降升高问题及相应的控制措施。当激冷塔入口烟气温度较高时,装置压降明显升高;当综合塔底盐浓度、脱硫塔底盐浓度较高时,会导致装置压降升高;当废水单元除尘效果较差时,会导致装置压降升高。 in this paper,the problem of pressure drop rise in the desulfurization and denitrification unit of catalytic cracking flue gas regenerated by inorganic ammonia process in industrial application and the corresponding control measures were discussed.When the flue gas temperature at the entrance of the cooling tower is high,the pressure drop of the device increases obviously.When the bottom salt concentration of the integrated tower and the bottom salt concentration of the desulfurization tower are high,the pressure drop of the device will increase.When the dedusting effect of the waste water unit is poor,the pressure drop of the unit will increase.
