摘要
加氢反应器作为加氢装置的主要设备,其组成主要有锥形裙座、筒体、上下球形封头、搅拌装置、人孔、温度计口、接管、吊耳等。由于在使用中长期处于高温以及高压状态,很容易产生腐蚀问题。所以加氢装置设备的生产中,为了能够满足相关制造技术要求,就需要制定科学合理的工艺方案,采用相关工艺保证措施,强化对相关工序的有效控制,以此确保加氢反应器设备的制造质量符合要求。本文就对加氢反应器的制造工艺相关方面进行分析和探讨。
Hydrogenation reactor as the main equipment of hydrogenation unit,its composition is mainly conical skirt,cylinder,upper and lower spherical head,mixing unit,manhole,thermometer mouth,pipe,hoist,etc.Because in the use of long-term high temperature and high pressure state,it is easy to produce corrosion.Therefore,in the production of hydrogenation unit equipment,in order to meet the relevant manufacturing technical requirements,it is necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable process plan,adopt relevant process assurance measures,strengthen the effective control of relevant processes,so as to ensure the manufacturing quality of hydrogenation reactor equipment meets the requirements.This paper deals with the manufacturing process of the hydrogenation reactor analysis and discussion.
