关于压力容器制造中的变形控制分析 被引量:3

摘要 随现代社会在科学和技术方面的不断发展,压力容器制造的过程和产品质量工艺也越来越得到重视并得到一定程度提高,其在人们日常的生产、生活中的使用范围也愈来愈广。本文主要从压力容器的特征、对压力容器制造进行变形控制分析的意义、压力容器制造产生变形现象的主要原因等方面进行了阐述,并对压力容器变形进行控制提出了3点处理对策,以期完善压力容器变形控制问题,提高压力容器制造工艺。 With the development of science and technology in modern society,the manufacturing process of pressure vessels and product quality process have been paid more and more attention to and improved to a certain extent,and the scope of use in People's Daily production and life is also increasingly wide.This article mainly from the characteristics of the pressure vessel,the meaning of an analysis of the deformation control of pressure vessel manufacturing,the main reason for the pressure vessel manufacturing deformation phenomenon and so on,to control deformation of pressure vessel and puts forward the three point processing countermeasure,in order to improve the problem of controlling the deformation of pressure vessel,pressure container manufacturing process.
