摘要
本试验针对聚合物配制系统中存在的大量细菌,对聚合物母液产生的生物降解作用,在母液中细菌种类的检查分析的基础上,室内优选出最佳杀菌剂和投加浓度,在配制过程中冲击式投加该杀菌剂,并跟踪配制站、注入站到单井的浓黏度变化,分析措施效果,确定合理投加周期,实现降本增效的目的。
This experiment is aimed at a large number of bacteria in polymer preparation system,The biodegradation of polymer mother liquor is based on the inspection and analysis of bacterial species in the mother liquor,The best fungicide and its concentration were selected in the laboratory,and the fungicide was added in the process of preparation,And tracking the change of concentrated viscosity from preparation station and injection station to single well,Analyze the effect of measures,determine the reasonable dosing period,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
