摘要
循环氢脱硫是柴油加氢装置工艺流程的重点环节,有利于柴油品质的提升,进而达到优化柴油机运行质量、减少运行污染的目的。本文总结循环氢脱硫装置运行中存在的问题,研究柴油机加氢装置中循环氢脱硫技术改造方案,并对技术改造效果进行评估,发现经技术改造后,柴油加氢过程的工艺参数、生产能耗、产品品质均得到明显优化。
Circulating hydrogen desulfurization is a key link in the process flow of diesel hydrotreating unit,which is conducive to the improvement of diesel quality,thus achieving the purpose of optimizing diesel engine operation quality and reducing operation pollution.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the operation of the circulating hydrogen desulfurization unit,studies the technical transformation scheme of the diesel engine hydrogenation unit,and evaluates the technical transformation effect.It is found that after the technical transformation,the process parameters,production energy consumption and product quality of the diesel hydrogenation process are obviously optimized.
