除盐水装置离子交换树脂污染复苏方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 离子交换工艺制取除盐水广泛应用于电厂,凝胶型强酸性阳离子交换树脂由于处在系统的最前端以及自身的结构特性,易受污染,导致制水周期缩短,酸耗增加等问题。本文选取某热电厂受污染阳树脂开展了系统的复苏研究工作,在鉴别阳树污染类型的基础上,通过试验验研究了其相应的污染机理及复苏方法,确定了复苏液的最佳浓度、pH值和反应时间,为实际应用提供了依据。 Ion exchange process for desalting water is widely used in power plants.Gel based strong acid cation exchange resin is at the forefront of the system and its own structural characteristics.It is easy to be polluted,resulting in shortened water production cycle and increased acid consumption.In this paper,the recovery of polluted cation resin in a thermal power plant was studied,On the basis of identifying the pollution types of positive trees,the corresponding pollution mechanism and recovery methods were studied through experiments,The optimum concentration,pH value and reaction time of the resuscitation solution were determined,which provided the basis for practical application.
