依照我国天然气长输管道投产运营过程中的相关经验,在投产之后许多阀门产生了一定的内漏等情况。为了确保阀门在投产之后处于稳定的运行状态,避免出现阀门外漏、内漏等情况,在投产运行的过程中川气东送管道使用了阀门维护保养的相关技术。阀门在日常维护保养的过程中,需要有针对性的对阀门出现的问题进行特别处理,让阀门的使用周期大幅度的延长,确保管线处于平稳运行的状态,能够有效的对管线运行的风险进行防范。在实际操作的过程中具有非常重要的意义。本文重点分析研究浅谈川气东送站场预留阀门和越站阀门的日常维护保养工作,以供参考。

According to the relevant experience in the operation of long-distance natural gas pipeline in China,many valves have some internal leakage after being put into operation.In order to ensure that the valve is in a stable operation state after being put into operation,and avoid the external leakage and internal leakage of the valve,the relevant technology of valve maintenance is used in the process of putting into operation.In the process of daily maintenance of the valve,it is necessary to specifically deal with the problems of the valve,so that the service cycle of the valve can be greatly extended,to ensure that the pipeline is in a stable operation state,and to effectively prevent the risk of pipeline operation.It is of great significance in the process of practical operation.This paper focuses on the analysis and study of the routine maintenance of the reserved valves and the valves in the East Sichuan gas transmission station for reference.
