海上平台的各生产设施内部属油气环境,保证充足的氮气覆盖,是安全生产的基本保障之一。某平台的制氮机配备净化空气的加热装置,控温后进入膜组制氮,膜组是制氮装置的核心部件,价格昂贵,且对进气质量有较高要求,如不能符合,极易造成损伤,温度指标是其中之一。该平台制氮机测温传感器采用的是热电偶。

The production facilities of offshore platform belong to the oil and gas environment,so ensuring adequate nitrogen coverage is one of the basic guarantees for safe production.The nitrogen generator of a certain platform is equipped with heating device for purifying air.After temperature control,it enters into the membrane group to produce nitrogen.The membrane group is the core component of the nitrogen generation device,which is expensive,and has high requirements on the intake quality.If it can not meet the requirements,it is easy to cause damage,and the temperature index is one of them.Thermocouple is used as temperature sensor of nitrogen generator.
