目前,我国家庭汽车数量日益增多,全国汽车保有量规模持续壮大,加油站网点建设全面铺开,几乎任何一条道路均有加油站网点分布。油料属易燃易爆物品,稍有管理疏忽即可能导致巨大的人身伤亡与财产损失,造成无法挽回的后果。油气回收系统、一体化防渗改造、相关消防设施配置等是既有加油站的安全管理策略。但是,地埋式技术使用的安全环保风险依然是加油站需要面对的难题。本文重点分析探讨了加油站建设管理中普遍性安全风险及其应对策略,意在为当前及未来加油站建设管理提供相应的参考依据。

At present,the number of family cars in my country is increasing day by day,the scale of national car ownership continues to grow,the construction of gas station outlets has been fully rolled out,and almost any road has gas station outlets.Oil is a flammable and explosive material,and a little management can lead to huge personal injury and death and property loss,causing irreparable consequences.Oil and gas recovery system,integrated anti-seepage transformation,and related firefighting facility configuration are the safety management strategies of existing gas stations.However,the safety and environmental protection risks of using underground technology are still the problems faced by gas stations.The thesis focuses on the analysis and discussion of the general safety risks in gas station construction and management and their countermeasures,and is intended to provide corresponding reference for current and future gas station construction and management.
