摘要
文章以108名英语专业学生为对象,通过使用量化研究的方法,力图厘清外语专业学生思辨技能与学业水平之间的相关性。结果发现,二者之间呈现出显著的正相关关系。研究表明,高等教育能够推动外语专业学生思辨能力的进步,同时思辨技能的培养有助于学生学业水平的提升。因此,教师和学生应当重视思辨技能在提高学业成绩中的作用。
By adopting the quantitative research method,this paper carries out a study on 108 English major students in order to clarify the correlation between critical thinking skills and academic proficiency of foreign language.It finds that there is a significant positive relationship between them.It is revealed that higher education helps promote critical thinking skills of foreign language major students,and the cultivation of critical thinking skills helps improve academic level.Therefore,teachers and students should attach importance to critical thinking skills in advancing academic performance.
