稠油井新型接力泵的研制与应用

摘要 稠油井新型接力泵是解决稠油井放喷过程中,使用的旋转活塞泵经常出现的泵油封漏、胶管破损、接头松动等问题,杜绝稠油井放喷过程中造成的井场污染。利用更小排量的螺杆泵代替以往较大排量的旋转活塞泵,减少汽蚀和机泵密封损坏率,提高设备使用寿命;采用高压活动弯头与高压伸缩管代替高压钻探胶管,进行放喷井生产阀门与接力泵进口、接力泵出口与回油管线的连接,以此增加连接强度,杜绝连接过程中与运输过程中出现的高压钻探胶管磕碰破裂问题,简化设备运输过程,减少流程连接的操作人数,缩短管线连接时间,降低劳动强度。在整体设计上采用了集合化,更加便于运输与现场应用。通过在63口放喷井上应用,未出任何井场污染问题,年获得经济效益279.68万元。 The new relay pump for heavy oil well is to solve the problems of pump oil seal leakage,broken hose,loose joints and so on that often occur in the rotary piston pump used in heavy oil well discharge process,to prevent wellsite pollution caused by heavy oil well discharge process.Use a smaller displacement screw pump to replace the larger displacement rotary piston pump in the past,reduce the cavitation and the seal damage rate of the pump,and increase the service life of the equipment;use high-pressure oil-elbow elbows and high-pressure telescopic tubes to replace high-pressure drilling hoses.The connection of the blowout well production valve and the relay pump inlet,relay pump outlet and oil return pipeline is carried out,so as to increase the connection strength,eliminate the problem of bumping and cracking of the high-pressure drilling hose during the connection process and the transportation process,and reduce the equipment transportation process.Reduce the number of operators connected to the process,shorten the pipeline connection time,and reduce labor intensity.The integrated design is adopted,which is more convenient for transportation and field application.Through application on 63 blowout wells,there is no problem of well site pollution,and the annual economic benefit is 2717900 yuan.
