注水系统节能措施研究与挖潜

Research on Energy Saving Measures and Tapping Potential of Water Injection System

摘要 伴随着区块的开发与上产,注水系统的能耗越来越高,平均注水单耗往往达不到标准。本文通过调整注水泵轴瓦抬量与轴窜量,描绘注水泵特性曲线并按曲线控制流量,安装空气换热冷却装置三项措施,探索注水系统节能空间,降低注水系统能耗。结果表明,通过以上三项措施的调整,注水泵平均单耗下降0.37 kWh/m3,日耗电量下降1289 kWh,冷却水用量降低16.2×104 m3,年节约成本110万元。 With the development and production of the block,the energy consumption of the water injection system is getting higher and higher,and the average unit consumption of water injection is often not up to the standard.In this paper,by adjusting the bearing lift and shaft movement of the water injection pump,the characteristic curve of the water injection pump is described and the flow rate is controlled according to the curve.Three measures are installed to explore the energy saving space of the water injection system and reduce the energy consumption of the water injection system.The results show that through the adjustment of the above three measures,the average unit consumption of the water injection pump is reduced by 0.37 kWh/m³,the power consumption is reduced by 1289 kWh,the amount of cooling water is reduced by 1.62×105 m³,and the annual cost is saved by 1.1 million yuan.
