喇嘛甸油田变电所无人值守的应用分析及问题探讨 被引量:1

摘要 油田变电所实现无人值守是当前电网调度管理发展的方向。为提高变电站运行管理的效率,近年来,变电站运行管理引入了一些新技术,其中无人值守的集中化控制是先进的管理方式,较为重要。集中控制的工作原理是借助现代信息技术对变电站进行自动化集中控制。应用集中控制技术一方面可减少高成本的人员定额,预计可减低65%人员配置,同时降低工作强度;另一方面也能提高变电站的运行效率,提高了运维管理水平。针对无人值守处理对检修及故障问题的处理,通过进一步对人员及配置进行探讨及合理优化,可有效避免人为故障隐患的发生,从而实现无人值守变电所的安全和高效运行。 It is the development direction of current power grid dispatching management to realize unattended substation in oil field.In order to improve the efficiency of substation operation management,in recent years,some new technologies have been introduced into substation operation management,in which unattended centralized control is an advanced management mode,which is more important.The working principle of centralized control is to carry out automatic centralized control of substation with the help of modern information technology.On the one hand,the application of centralized control technology can reduce the high-cost personnel quota,which is expected to reduce 65%of the staffing,and reduce the work intensity;on the other hand,it can also improve the operation efficiency of the substation and improve the operation and maintenance management level.For the unattended treatment of maintenance and fault problems,through further discussion and reasonable optimization of personnel and configuration,it can effectively avoid the occurrence of human fault hidden danger,so as to realize the safe and efficient operation of unattended substation.
