摘要 文章介绍了中央空调系统组成及工作原理,分析了D油田某办公区域中央空调系统存在的问题。针对系统存在的问题,提出了推广应用变频控制系统实现“按需运行、变频节能”控制方案,更换螺杆式压缩机配套电动机及降低配套电动机额定功率,安装8级能量自动调节装置,采用玻璃棉保温材料对管路系统进行重新保温,加强系统运行节能监测的5项节能技术改造措施,述说了节能技术改造实施情况,并对实施效果进行了分析。实践证明,通过实施中央空调系统节能技术改造,仅制冷能耗节电量每年就达60837.984 kWh,提升和改善了办公区域中央空调系统能源利用效率,优化了系统运行,降低了系统运行成本,达到了节能减排的目的。 Central air conditioning system has been widely used in oilfield production office system and hotel buildings for its advantages of economic energy saving,environmental protection,space saving,personalization,simplified management,upgrading and investment convenience.This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the central air conditioning system,analyzes the problems existing in the central air conditioning system of a hotel in Shengli Oilfield.Aiming at the problems in the system,it puts forward the popularization and application of frequency conversion control system to realize the control scheme of"operation on demand,frequency conversion energy saving",replacement of screw compressor motor and reduction of its rated power,and installation of 8-level energy automatic regulation device This paper introduces the implementation of energy-saving technology transformation and analyzes the implementation effect.Practice has proved that through the implementation of energy-saving technology transformation of central air-conditioning system,only refrigeration energy consumption and power saving can reach 60837.984 kWh per year,which improves and improves the energy utilization efficiency of central air-conditioning system,optimizes the system operation,reduces the system operation cost,and has good popularization and application value.
