都匀毛尖茶标准化建设初探

A Preliminary Study on the Standardization Construction of Duyun Maojian Tea

都匀毛尖茶是中国历朝贡茶,也是近代中国十大名茶之一。都匀毛尖茶标准从无到有,直至建立了完善的标准体系,覆盖了从茶园到茶杯各个环节。文章介绍了都匀毛尖茶从标准建立到形成完善的标准体系的过程,分析了都匀毛尖茶标准在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出推动都匀毛尖茶标准化建设的主要措施。

Duyun Maojian tea is a tribute tea,and it is also one of the top ten famous teas in modern China.The standards of Duyun Maojian tea were developed from scratch to a perfect standard system covering all links from the tea garden to the tea cup.This paper mainly introduced the Duyun Maojian tea from standard establishment to the formation of a perfect standard system,analyzed the problems in the implementation process of Duyun Maojian tea standard,and put forward measures to promote the standardization of Duyun Maojian tea.
