基于GIS与水动力模型的陶乐防洪保护区漫溢洪水风险分析 被引量:5

摘要 黄河青铜峡至石嘴山段洪涝灾害易发,分析黄河青石段防洪保护区的洪水风险,有助于完善黄河洪水防御体系,开展防汛应急工作和洪水风险管理。基于水动力学数值模拟理论,构建一维水动力洪水漫溢风险分析模型,以陶乐防洪保护区为研究对象,计算陶乐计算区100年一遇洪水的淹没水深及淹没范围,利用GIS技术生成保护区淹没水深图。研究成果表明,陶乐防洪保护区遭遇100年一遇洪水时,受灾较为严重的区域为芦苇、王家沟、小红柳滩、中滩村、下八顷村和黄泥岗等村庄,研究成果计算合理可靠,可为河道漫溢洪水精细化仿真与防汛部门防洪决策提供技术支撑。 The section from Qingtongxia to Shizuishan of the Yellow River is prone to flood disasters.Analyzing the flood risk in the flood protection areas of the section will help improve the flood defense system of Yellow River,carry out flood emergency work and flood risk management.Based on the theory of hydrodynamic numerical simulation,a one-dimensional hydrodynamic flood overflow risk analysis model is constructed.Taking the Taole flood protection area as the research object,the submerged water depth and submergence range of the 100-year flood in the Taole flood protection area are calculated,and a submerged depth map of the protected area is generated by GIS technology.The research results show that when the Taole flood protection area encounters a 100-year flood,the more severely affected areas are the villages of Luwei,Wangjiagou,Xiaohongliutan,Zhongtan,Xiabaqing and Huangnigang.The calculation results are reasonable and reliable,and can provide technical support for river flooding simulation and flood control decision-making.
