摘要
目前,外场新换装飞机使用维修保障支持难度大、外场服务保障能力有限等问题日益凸显,依托信息化技术的发展,建立飞机客户服务远程技术支援系统,是解决上述问题的有效途径。本文从飞机客户服务远程技术支援系统组成及功能、系统构成及关键技术和系统工作流程等三个方面对系统建设方案进行了探析。
At present,the problems such as extreme difficulty in supporting the operation and maintenance of newly replaced aircraft in the field and limited ability of field service support have become increasingly prominent.Relying on the development of information technology,an effective way to solve the above problems is the establishment of remote technical support system for aircraft customer service.This paper analyzes the remote technical support system construction scheme from three aspects:the system co Land function,system structure and key technology,and system workflow.
